We want you, the customer, to go away from your lesson having enjoyed it, feeling that you have made progress, received value for money and that you are looking forward to your next lesson.
Our aim is not just to get you through your driving test but to make you a safe and competent driver, fully equipped to deal with modern driving and all traffic conditions wherever you are.
Your lessons will be conducted on a one to one basis. We will never use your time to pick up or drop off another pupil, call for petrol or do anything which infringes on your lesson time.
All that you require to begin your driving lessons are a Provisional Driving License and the ability to read one of the new style number plates from a distance of 20 metres.
All tuition is given in accordance with the Driving Standards Agency syllabus, upon which your driving test is based. Constructive help and advice towards passing your Theory Test is readily given.
If you are able to practice driving in your own vehicle then we welcome whoever is going to supervise you, to sit in on one of your lessons and will freely advise them on how to carry out their role. It is far better for us all to be working together towards your goal than working in opposite directions.
And looking beyond your driving test Paul is a Driving Standards Agency Pass Plus Registered Instructor. This scheme involves a short course which takes in the more involved aspects of driving in different areas and conditions including Motorways. There is no test to pass and you get a certificate from the DSA on completion. This is then a gateway to generous reductions in insurance premiums from most major insurers!
Being an Institute of Advanced Motorists Registered Instructor Paul can, as well as following the laid down Pass Plus syllabus, enhance the course to introduce some advanced driving techniques.
